Laser & Light Treatment
Plasmage® is a patented electro‑medical device developed by Brera Medical Technologies for high-precision, minimally invasive aesthetic and dermatologic treatments. It uses Fractional Plasma® technology to deliver controlled micro‑energy pulses that sublimate (turn solid tissue directly into gas) the targeted skin tissue without a scalpel or large incisions. Because the energy is delivered in a fractional (micro point) mode and at a controlled depth, Plasmage® is especially suited for delicate zones – such as under the eyes, eyelids, folds, and small lesions where lasers or aggressive thermal devices may be too risky.
What Can It Treat?
Plasmage® is used in aesthetic and dermatologic protocols to treat a range of conditions, often where traditional interventions would be too aggressive.
Common applications include:
Blefaroplasma®: non‑surgical eyelid lifting and contouring (upper / lower lid).
Wrinkles & fine lines, especially in delicate zones (around eyes, mouth).
Skin lesions / benign growths: xanthelasma, fibromas, benign nevi, skin tags, keratoses, and lentigines.
Scars, acne scars, stretch marks via resurfacing / regenerative effect.
Skin texture / pigmentation improvement: age spots, lentigines, and more.
How It Works
The operator chooses a treatment zone, depth, and energy setting using presets or manual adjustment. A topical numbing agent may be applied, especially in sensitive facial zones. The handpiece produces localized plasma arcs (ionizing air) that deliver energy without direct contact. In fractional mode, only selected micro‑spots are treated, leaving intervening tissue untouched.
The plasma sublimates (vaporizes) very superficial skin dots and induces controlled thermal stress in adjacent tissue. The microdots heal over time; surrounding skin stimulates collagen, elastin, and remodeling. Over weeks to months, tightening, smoothing, and rejuvenation effects emerge. Mild redness, swelling, and tiny microdots for 3-7 days. Sometimes multiple treatments spaced apart can optimize results in deeper zones.
*Treatment results may vary from person to person.
